These terms apply when you pay Calmintro through one of our payment links. Calmintro is run by David Sloiko, a sole trader, at 20 Templegreen, Churchtown, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick, V42 AH01, Ireland. Reach us at david@calmintro.com.

You buy from David Sloiko alone. Some introductions are sold, and some sent, by independent sellers. A seller writes in their own name, earns a commission from us, and can't sign or agree anything for us. What binds us is these terms and your payment link: nothing a seller says changes them unless David confirms it to you by email from david@calmintro.com. Pay only through our payment link; a payment to anyone else is not a payment to us.

What you buy is introductions. An introduction is one email from us, or from a seller on our behalf, to you and the other party, sent after each of you told us you want what the other offers. Each payment link says exactly what it covers: how many introductions, by when, and what we promise if one falls short.

You pay in full at checkout, in US dollars, through Stripe. An introduction is delivered when we send that email. We ask both of you to reply once, so we know it reached you.

If the promise in your payment link applies, we refund everything you paid. Email us to ask for it.

We don't promise a meeting, a contract, or revenue. What you and the other party do after the introduction is between you; we don't negotiate for either side, and we're not part of any agreement you make.

If the other party also pays us for the same introduction, we tell you before you pay.

When these terms change, the version you accepted at checkout still applies to what you bought, and we send it to you on request. This version is from October 30, 2026.
